Effective Stakeholder and Risk Management for the Green Transition

Learn about Equinor’s value chain and its energy transition, balancing risk and opportunity. Which stakeholders are prioritized for the green transition and how does Equinor manage relations with them. Students will work on current Equinor cases related to offshore electrification. Our Equinor facilitator has many years of experience in stakeholder relations and will share tips and tricks from his experience on how to excel in this area.

Understanding Industry Perspectives and Negotiating Change

Learn about the industry challenges and landscape for carbon return and how to negotiate the concept of change. In small groups, analyse different stakeholder perspectives and prepare for negotiations. Take on the role of either public funding and investors or industry producing carbon dioxide and participate in a plenary negotiation session. Lastly, present your elevator pitch to industry for returning carbon. 

Planetary Boundaries and the Responsibilities of Businesses from an FMCG Perspective

You will be introduced to the concept of "Planetary Boundaries" and learn how big businesses can be a part of the solution to some of today’s most pressing environmental and social challenges. You will be introduced to L'Oréal's own sustainability program "L'Oréal 4 change" and pitch ideas evolving from a group case to sustainability experts.

This session introduces the WWF Corporate Climate Mitigation Blueprint in hopes of cutting through the noise and focusing on the actions that form a responsible corporate strategy for mitigating the effects of climate change and protecting nature.
